Donations & Presales

In order to support our continued growth and give all of you a chance to come back (or experience our Renfest first hand) we have set up this prepayment page for you. For a limited time we have set our prices based on last year's gate prices. We know that our prices will not be less than last year's but we can not guarantee, at this time, that they will not go up.

So save yourself some money, buy a friend or family member a gift and preplan your 2008 year.

Your Paypal receipt is your ticket so print it out and please do not misplace it. We can't reissue you a new one.

Note: We operate rain or shine.

No refunds on pre bought tickets.

Donations We have also set up a donation opportunity for you. Money donated will go into covering publicity, maintaining the webpage, postage and post box costs as well as additional business expenses. We are aiming to acquire the right location, at which time donated money will go towards costuming and character needs as well as site/property development. If you wish to help us out with a donation feel free to do so here, or contact our Sponsorship Coordinator.

Thank you for your support.

We have also been recently asked if we are able to accept item donations. The answer is yes. After reading the copy of the posting we made on that Yahoo group (below) consider giving your unwanted a home.

This is a copy of a posting we made on a local Yahoo group:

"We are asking if anyone here would like to 'donate' their left over fabrics, trims, threads, jewelry pieces, etc. Even things like boots, shoes, candle holders, lanterns, wood, nails, paints (all kinds and colours), etc... Anything you think we could use.
We are actively pursuing sponsors but we know that as a first year project we may not get all of the support we really need AND as the people we have approached all have particular times and such that they handle sponsor requests we will not get all the answers on our time but more their time so.... In order to take some pressure off closer to the date we would like to get some stuff started now (especially Tiff and sewing costumes)so we are asking those of you who have items given to you that you can't use, fabric left over from projects, paint from that living room that only needed half of what you bought, you're moving and there is just no way it is all coming with you.... Your outcasts.. Your excess... Your unwanted.. May have a home here.
We'll use it or find a home for it."

Please send an email via the 'contact page' in order to let us know what you have.
