What is a Renaissance Faire?

Our Faire is 4.5 acres of pure fun! 4 stages offer variety entertainment all day long. In addition, we dazzle you with a fully armored joust, the King and his glittering Court, amazing arts and crafts, delicious food, fine spirits, music, dance, parades, rides and games. Join us for a day of play!

What are the dates and hours?

We are open Friday, July 29th from 12-6pm, and Saturday, Sundays and Monday July 30 to August 1 from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm.

How much are the tickets for admission? What does the admission price include?

Ticket Prices for the 2011 season: $15 at the gate for Adults, $10 for Seniors (+65), $10 for children 5-12 (children under 3 are free).

All entertainment shows, the Joust, the on going story line, and everything going on within our gates are covered in the ticket price

May we bring outside food and drink?

Yes, however we cannot provide lockers or coolors for your food.

May we bring a pet?

Pets are not permitted. Only assistance animals or animals involved in stage shows are allowed on festival grounds.

Do I have to come in costume?

No, comfortable clothes are recommended. We do offer costume rentals near the Front Gate. Many of our guests come in costume and we feel that the whole experience is heightened and more fun when you come dressed to play.

May I bring my (costume) weapon?

All weapons must be sheathed and peace tied. Our security personnel at the entrance gate will assist you if you do not know how to peace tie your weapon.

Is the Faire wheelchair accessible?

Yes, with the understanding that we are an outdoor event. Most of the site is easily assessable with the possible exception of the sand of the jousting field

Is everyone involved with the festival part of your team?

Our Stage shows, retail merchants and food vendors are all independent and have been given space with which to do business. And though there is a rigorous selection process, they are responsible for their own actions and products.

Are you're actors improvising or working from a script?

Our Villagers are completely improvisational. Our Story line cast work from a script, but often found in situations where they need to improvise

Can I leave the Faire and come back in?

Yes, you can ask for a hand stamp from the greeters at the front gate.

Do you have a Lost and found?

Our Security team is responsible for our lost and found. Anything left at the festival will be held onto for 6 months and then donated to Goodwill.

What if it rains?

The Faire is open rain or shine.
