Join us as a vendor

This year we would like to make the BC Renaissance Festival the best it's ever been! With the help of our merchants, food concessions, performers, and volunteers, we can take this event to a new level of success. I would love to see everyone participate to a degree not seen before in BC. This is a great opportunity for us all to grow and help build what can become a permanent site, summer-long event. We want to help change the face of tourism in Langley and BC as a whole, so we can compete with an already booming market in the rest of North America.

10x10 booths will be $150/ for all 3 days of our 3 day event, 10x20 $300 for all 3 days, and so on. Additional space will be @ $1.50/sq foot/ for all 3 days Also vendors requiring power will be @ $40 surcharge for all 3 days. Numbers of free passes per vendor will remain the same. Vendor attendance on the Friday is optional and will not be charged.

We thank all our returning vendors for their ongoing support as we see it as an investment in helping to keep us afloat so that we can provide an opportunity for you to do business as we continue to grow. We hope you do too.
