This page is dedicated to those who have volunteered their time to promote VCON (Vancouver's Sci-fi and Fantasy Convention) by coming out and taking part in public activities. Costumed or not, these people have gone beyond the standard call of fandom and spent time with us making sure the public is aware of this non profit fan run event.
